Top 8 ArcaLoot Mousepads I’d Grab First in Our Black Friday Sale
Black Friday at ArcaLoot is honestly one of my favourite times of the year.
Not just because it’s busy (it is), but because this is when so many of you finally retire that crusty old office mat you’ve been gaming on since the 2010s and jump into a proper setup. Or if you aren't upgrading, it may be a gift that will be put under the Christmas tree!
I’m a bit of a mousepad tragic myself. I swap pads all the time depending on what I’m playing or streaming. Jenny reckons I rotate mousepads more often than I rotate my wardrobe – and she’s probably right.
So instead of doing the usual “here’s everything on sale” rundown, I wanted to share the 8 mousepads I’d personally grab first during our Black Friday sale at ArcaLoot.com – based on what I use and what I’ve seen you all rave about.
All of our mousepads share the same features:
premium stitched edges, proper rubber base that doesn’t slide around, smooth-but-controlled surface, water-resistant coating, and multiple sizes (from smaller pads to full desk mats). The differences are mostly in the artwork and the kind of setup they suit.
Let’s get into it.
1. Eternal Harmony – The One I Keep Coming Back To
Eternal Harmony is our #1 best seller, and honestly, I’m not surprised.
The black and white koi fish artwork just works with so many setups. It slides right in and somehow makes everything look intentional. I ran this one for months while no-lifing BattleField 6 and Fortnite. The stitched edges plus water-resistant coating held up like a champ. I’ve spilled coffee on it (twice), wiped it off, and it still looks fresh.
Performance-wise, this is the pad that makes people message me saying things like, “Mate, it feels like my mouse is gliding on air.” The surface is that sweet spot between speed and too much speed – quick enough for flicks in Fortnite, but not so slippery that you overshoot everything.
This design is loved by Esports players globally. 15 of the worlds best Fortnite players used this design at the FNCS Global Event out of the 100 players competing. If you’re upgrading from a cheap, rough office pad and want something that instantly feels premium, Eternal Harmony is the safest pick.
2. Crimson Shadow – Anime Inspired Ninja Greatness
Crimson Shadow is our #2 best seller, and it tends to attract the “all black everything with a splash of red” crowd.
If your setup leans dark – black case, red accents, dim lighting – Crimson Shadow fits right in. Think deep tones and a more mysterious vibe rather than super bright or loud art.
Under the hood, it’s built like the rest of our premium range:
- precision-optimised cloth surface
- solid rubber base that doesn’t budge when you rage-swipe
- Small and Large in size range - SOON the Medium and XL!
One of my mates runs Crimson Shadow with a black-and-red keycap set and a red-backlit keyboard, and it looks so clean. It’s the kind of pad you can game on all night.
If you like your gear on the moodier side, this is the one I’d grab.
3. Rippled Tranquility – For Chill Vibes & Long Sessions
Rippled Tranquillity is our #3 best seller, and I reach for it when I’m doing longer, more relaxed sessions – Lego Streams, RPGs or when Jenny and I settle in for a co-op night.
The design leans towards those calming water / ripple-style aesthetics. It’s subtle, elegant, and doesn’t scream “gamer” from across the room.
It’s built with comfort in mind – nice cushioning, consistent smooth surface, and it’s brilliant for those 8–10 hour stretches where you don’t realise how long you’ve been grinding because you’re just… in the zone.
If your desk pulls double duty as a work and gaming space, Rippled Tranquility is one of the easiest pads to live with visually and physically.
4. Cracked – The Edgy One For Aggro Setups
Cracked sits at #4 in our best sellers, and this is the one I pull out when I’m in the mood for something a bit more anime.
The design has that fractured, broken glass / abstract bullet holes vibe – bold, sharp, and very “I’m here to frag, not to feng shui”.
Same build quality as the others – stitched edges, durable surface, no fraying – but visually it feels like it belongs next to a gaming mouse, angular case, and maybe a few battle-scarred peripherals.
If you want your desk to look like it means business, Cracked is a fun pick.
5. Sapphire Summits – Blue Lovers, This Is Your Moment
Sapphire Summits is our #5 best seller, and it’s basically a love letter to anyone who can’t resist a cool blue setup.
If you’ve got a white or silver case, blue lighting, or you’re just over the usual black/red gamer combo, this one is perfect. Think blue mountain / gem-inspired design with vibrant but not blinding colour.
In terms of feel, it’s very balanced – great for both higher DPI tracking and lower sensitivity players. I used Sapphire Summits during a period where I was bouncing between Valorant, Counter-Strike and AOE-style strategy games, and it handled both perfectly.
If you’re building a chill, icy, blue-themed setup, Sapphire Summits really ties the whole thing together.
6. Sakura Cityscape – For Anime & Japan-Inspired Setups
Sakura Cityscape is our #6 best seller and one that I see a lot in photos you send through on Instagram.
It blends that cherry blossom aesthetic with a more urban, city-style backdrop. The end result is very “late night in Tokyo” – part anime intro, part cyber city.
A mate of mine has this paired with a white keyboard, pink cable, and a pastel desk shelf and it honestly looks like something straight out of a Pinterest board (in a good way).
If you love anime, Japanese aesthetics, or you just want a pad that feels a bit more artistic without losing performance, Sakura Cityscape is a seriously good option.

7. Kanagawa Fish Wave – Traditional Meets Statement Piece
Kanagawa Fish Wave is one of those pads that people either buy as a “centrepiece” or talk themselves into during Black Friday and then email me later saying, “I wish I’d grabbed it sooner.”
The design is inspired by the classic Hokusai Great Wave style, mixed with koi elements. It’s bold, detailed, and immediately recognizable if you’re into Japanese art. People will spend ages looking at all the fish faces!
The colours are vibrant, the linework really pops, and the whole thing feels like you’ve got a mini art print under your mouse. I ran Kanagawa Fish Wave for a while on my main rig with a simple black keyboard and it made the entire desk look thoughtfully designed without me actually doing much.
If you want one pad that becomes the statement piece of your setup, this is high on my list. MrSavage used this design at the Fortnite Global Championships in September 2025.
8. Wild Emerald – Green, Clean, and Surprisingly Versatile
Wild Emerald is the underdog I always recommend when someone says, “I want something unique, but not loud.”
The hand-illustrated green design brings a bit of nature and energy to the desk without punching you in the face. It pairs really nicely with wood desks, plants, and more minimal setups, but it also looks sick with black gear.
The glide is smooth and consistent, and a lot of people mention how nice it feels for both work and gaming. I used Wild Emerald during a few big editing and gaming weeks and loved that it didn’t feel out of place in meetings but still looked great at 1am in a ranked queue.
If you’re building a cosy, plant-heavy, or more natural-feeling battlestation, Wild Emerald is an easy win.

Why Black Friday Is the Time to Upgrade
All of these mousepads share the same fundamentals:
- Premium stitched edges that don’t fray after a few months
- Grippy rubber base that doesn’t slide around mid-flick
- Multi-layer build focused on both speed and control
- Water-resistant coating for spills (coffee, beer, energy drinks – I’ve tested all three)
- Multiple sizes so you can go from compact to full desk coverage
Performance-wise, we’ve had plenty of people compare them to high-end Japanese pads that cost a lot more, which still blows my mind a bit.
Black Friday is just the best time to jump on them because you can grab a premium pad without paying premium brand-tax. No need to spend $60+ to get a good surface anymore.
Over to You – What’s On Your Desk?
I’ve shared my top 8 picks and how I use them – now I’m keen to hear from you.
- Which mousepad are you eyeing off for Black Friday?
- Are you building around a theme (anime, minimalist, blue/ice, dark and moody)?
- If you already own one of these, how’s it been holding up in your setup?
Drop a comment and tell me what you’re running now and what you’re thinking of upgrading to – I always love seeing your setups and hearing what you’re playing.
