While we strive to have a low delivery time for everyone, your order was a custom private order we did to Sweden from Australia. This is not a usual delivery option and we decided to organise this privately so you could own a piece of ArcaLoot as a special request. It did arrive within the estimated time frame Australia Post gives for international delivery and we apologise that this did not meet your expectations with the time it takes to clear customs and travel around the world.
We will reconsider not doing private request orders in the future as to not dissappoint any of the customers ordering from outside of our regular shipping locations.
