Refund policy
At ArcaLoot we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and transparent return and refund process. Please review the following terms and conditions applicable to returns and refunds for purchases made at ArcaLoot.
1. Return Period
Customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item. A valid proof of purchase is required. If the item has already been shipped or received, it must be returned to our designated warehouse.
2. Condition of returned products
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned with original packaging (e.g., Branded product sleeves, Branded product Ziplock bag)
- Items must be in resellable condition, free from damage, wear, or scent
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. A final decision regarding acceptance of the return will be made based on the product’s condition. All original packaging must be returned. If these items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, ArcaLoot may not be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers should follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@arcaloot.com to request a return authorization.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship the item to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is adequately protected during shipping.
- Provide the return tracking number to our customer service team for confirmation.

- Address for USA, CA, UK and EU: Address will be provided depending on best/fastest scenario for your return
4. Shipping Costs
If you wish to exchange an item/refund an item due to a change of mind, the additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified manufacturing defect.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@arcaloot.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a return and offer you either a replacement item or a full refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges as we do not have any physical shopfronts. If you need a different size or item you will need to return the product for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
7. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
8. Policy Changes
ArcaLoot reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By making a purchase with Arcaloot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Return Policy.
