1. Shipping Rates:

  • Estimated shipping rates are as the below depending on the size/weight of the order.

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any customs, import duties, or taxes charged upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Anyone ordering for EU - The order is shipped from UK and there will be taxes and duties. 
  • The final shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the total weight and size of your order.
  • We strive to provide competitive shipping rates to ensure affordability for our customers
  • Any orders within the EU or Canada region, will have have shipping terms shown at checkout which you must agree to prior to placing your order. 
  • Please be aware that important shipping and customs notifications related to your region may not display correctly if you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network).

USA, AUS, UK have their own storage and fulfilment teams to try and make shipping as fast as possible!

2. Order Processing Time:

  • Order processing typically takes 2-4 business days.
  • Our team in each distribution country are small so sometimes it may be outside of 2-4 business days if there are any emergencies or during holiday periods. We endeavour to have packages sent as soon as possible.

  • Arcaloot holds no liability for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

  • We currently offer shipping to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, and select countries within the European Union.
