Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If your purchase isn't quite right, return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, all original tags and labels must be attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Mousepads
- Gather Your Supplies - You will need a non-abrasive cloth and liquid detergent.
- Wet the Product - Use water to dampen the entire surface.
- Apply Soap - Add a small amount of liquid detergent to your product.
- Gently Clean - Using the non-abrasive cloth, gently scrub the surface with light pressure to remove dirt and debris.
- Rinse Thoroughly - Wash away all the suds using cold water.
- Dry Properly - Pat the product dry with a towel to remove excess water and hang it up to air dry completely.
🚫Do Not Machine Wash - Machine washing may damage the stitched edges and reduce colour vibrancy.

The mousepad is made out of a semi-hybrid fabric and with a hydrophobic finish. Liquid will roll right off the mousepad!
It is a "Speed" pad with low friction. Our mousepad has fantastic glide and multiple professional e-sports players are using them.
It also comes equipped with a non-slip rubber base to keep your mousepad locked in place, no matter how intense the action is.
With our mousepads you don't have to substitute style for precision. We created a 4mm pad for comfortable use, but also effective mouse control. Featuring a semi-low friction finish for fast yet precise movements whilst still providing premium comfort.

Apparel
Want to keep your Hoodie looking LEGENDARY?
- Wash before first wear.
- Cold machine wash (gentle cycle is best).
- Turn inside out and wash with like colours.
- Use mild detergent only, no bleach.
- Avoid fabric softeners as they can dull the print / reduce ink longevity.
- Secure/tie drawstrings before washing to prevent tangling.
- Line dry in shade to protect the print.
- Do not tumble dry.
- While damp, reshape the cuffs/hem and smooth out the fabric.
- Need to iron? Cool iron inside out and never iron the print directly.
- Do not dry clean.
Pro Tip: After washing, give it a quick shake and hang it on a supportive coat hanger to dry. For mid-heavyweight hoodies, a wide hanger (or drying flat) helps prevent shoulder bumps and stretching. ✨

Our clothing is made from high quality cotton designed for comfort, durability, and everyday wear. Our T Shirts are lightweight, soft, and breathable 100% cotton, while our Hoodies are made from premium mid-heavyweight cotton for a warmer, more durable feel. Both feature high quality DTF printing for vibrant colour and crisp detail.
Your artwork is built for the long game. We use high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, designed to stay crisp through normal wear and washes. For best results, follow care instructions.
They’ll be very close! We edit our product photos to match the real colours as accurately as possible, and we sample every design on the actual tees to keep results consistent. That said, screen settings and lighting can cause slight differences (especially between phones vs monitors, and warm vs cool light). Expect vibrant colour in person.
Our T Shirts and Hoodies are pre-shrunk to help maintain their fit after washing. When cared for according to the care instructions, they should not shrink. Made from high quality cotton, they offer a durable feel designed for everyday wear. However, shrinkage may occur if they are washed or cared for outside of the recommended instructions.
Tubular T-shirts are made from a single “tube” of fabric, so there are no side seams. That means a smoother feel, a cleaner look, and extra comfort for long sessions.

Want to keep your Gaming Arm Sleeve looking LEGENDARY?

Our Gaming Arm Sleeves are made from a lightweight polyester and spandex blend that offers comfort, flexibility, and stretch. They are unisex, come in four sizes, and do not include a silicone grip band for added comfort.
Our water bottle has a 1,000 mL capacity, which is equal to 1 litre or 33.8 oz.
Our water bottle is made from BPA free plastic. It features a leak proof design, a carry handle, a screw style lid, and a screw style tethered cap, finished with a themed printed design.
We do not recommend putting the water bottle in the dishwasher. Heat and harsh detergents may damage or fade the print and finish over time, so hand washing with warm water and mild detergent is best.

Our name derives from "Arca" (meaning "chest" in Latin) and "Loot," which is reminiscent of the valuable treasures found in games. Just like in every game, the best loot always comes from a treasure chest.
